Druide Launches Antidote+
Druide informatique is pleased to announce the launch of Antidote+, a simple, consolidated way of using its writing assistance software on any platform. As part of a single package, Antidote+ offers Antidote’s corrector, dictionaries and guides for almost any computer, phone or tablet, including Android and Chromebook.
Antidote+ provides access to Antidote 10, Antidote Web and Antidote Mobile, the renowned writing assistance software’s three applications, and synchronizes them automatically. Antidote 10 is designed for computers with Windows, macOS and Linux, Antidote Web works in the major browsers, and Antidote Mobile is the native version for iPhone and iPad. This way, with Antidote+, users can switch platforms and still find their favourites, word lists and personal dictionaries.
Antidote+ is available in two packages: Antidote+ Personal or Antidote+ Family. With the family package, five people can use Antidote on their various devices. One subscription is all that’s necessary, and one person can create accounts for each family member. Everyone gets an individual account with their own settings, favourites, word lists and personal dictionaries. What’s more, as long as the subscription is valid, subscribers receive any update or upgrade for the applications free of charge.
“Users tend to use Antidote extensively at home, at work, and at school,” explains Éric Brunelle, President of Druide and Antidote’s principal architect. “Antidote+ allows them to use it everywhere, with an interface that has been carefully adapted for each platform.”
“With its three applications, free updates, and family package, Antidote+ is the best value for money that Druide has ever offered its clients,” says André d’Orsonnens, Chairman and CEO of Druide.
Antidote+ replaces the Antidote Total Access service launched by Druide in November 2018. Subscriptions to the service will automatically be converted to Antidote+ Personal packages.
Antidote+ packages are available at the suggested retail price of $59.95 per year for individuals, or $99.95 for families; adding the second language costs $30 per year, or $50 for a family. Reduced rates are available for owners of previous editions and for Antidote 10 users who wish to enjoy the many advantages of Antidote+. Details are available at www.antidote.info.
