Le temps du paysage and Aaah!bécédaire Awarded at Concours Lux 2017
The vernissage for the winners’ exhibition of the 19th edition of Concours Lux 2017 took place last Thursday at Le Livart contemporary arts centre in Montreal. In the photography section, Hélène Dorion’s Le temps du paysage won the picture book category thanks to the quality of its images, showcased by Anne Tremblay’s graphic design skills. The work of Martin Laliberté (illustrations and graphic design) and Elaine Turgeon (text) was also recognized in the illustration section, where the children’s book Aaah!bécédaire won the Children’s book/textbook category.
Organized by Infopresse, in association with the Canadian Association of Professional Image Creators (CAPIC) and Illustration Québec, this prestigious annual competition honours the 100 most striking images of the year. It exhibits the work of professional image creators to studios, agencies, the media and communications firms.
