Aaah!bécédaire Among Communication-Jeunesse’s Top Picks for Youth Books

Communication-Jeunesse’s top picks for youth books were revealed this morning. _Aaah!bécédaire _by Elaine Turgeon (text) and Martin Laliberté (illustrations) clinched second place in the 5 to 8 age category. The picture book from the Motif(s) collection won the hearts of a jury of young readers from Communication-Jeunesse and Réseau CJ book clubs across Quebec and French-speaking Canada.

Founded in 1988, Communication-Jeunesse’s top picks are compiled using votes from young readers, giving them a chance to pick their favourite books while also paying tribute to the authors, illustrators and publishers who work in youth literature.
